LADY LOCHORE LOAN FUND (LLLF) comes under the preview of the Ministry of Finance of Sri Lanka. It is one of the few profit making Government institutions with no grant or budgetary allocation from the Government.

The Fund is situated at No. 100 3/2, Sir Chittampalam A Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02,on a Land allocated to the Fund on a 99 years lease.

The unused space of the main building is given on rent under lease agreements with special terms and conditionsfor fixed periods. There are 05 tenants occupying the LLLF building and the 3rd floor is occupied in full by the LLLF.
